Language: The common language will be English. The players are refugees from all over Europe, so it is ok to speak other languages within the groups.

Food:

Thursday(offgame): Bring a packed lunch. There will be a snack table during workshops. You can eat dinner ingame after game start.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday (ingame): Players must find food and make food themselves. Some food players will have on them at game start, the rest must be scavenged, traded or earned from NPCs. If you starve offgame, come to the organizers and we will find a solution. There will be a kitchen in the game area with sinks, electric stoves and electric kettles, as well as outdoor fire pits for the purpose of prepping food. Most food is vegan and glutenfree. Please have some extra food offgame as back-up, especially if you have allergies or have a medical reason for it.   

Saturday(offgame): Location provides dinner. 

Sunday (Offgame): Glutenfree, vegan oatmeal in a cup along with leftovers.

What to pack: As long as you show up with a sleeping bag, necessary medications, and weather-appropriate clothes (plan for wind and rain and sub-zero temperatures) you will be ok. 

​

Firewood: Some firewood provided. We are working to increase this amount. Matches provided. 

​​

Sleeping arrangements: Beds are offgame. Tents and shelters are ingame and an option. Bring your own sleeping bags and pillows.

Timeline for the Larp: Meeting at the docks at Nyhavn 71, Copenhagen on 24th of October 2024. Players will be ferried across. Ferry leaves at 09:00 and again at 14:30. DO NOT miss the ferry. 

Thursday

09:00-09:30 First possible ferry crossing. If you use this ferry, remember to pack a lunch. After disembarking, place luggage in rooms, explore the island, help out volunteers, stay out of the way of volunteers working

14:30 - 15:00 Last possible ferry. For the love of God do not miss this ferry. If you do, it will cost 3000 DKK to send a boat, and it has room for 10 people,

15:30 - 18:30 Offgame briefing and workshops

This time will be for prepping your play with your group and indgame relations. There will be a snack table, but you can also eat ingame after game start.

18:30 - 19:00 Game start and ingame briefing at Foodlab

No hard indgame violence allowed, no npc or character deaths allowed

02:00-08:00 Forced offgame hours (sleep)

Photo policy: Upon participating in ”Endure and Survive” you accept that there will be pictures and video taken at the Larp, that the organizers reserve all rights to, and can use for PR or webpages among other things. Photografing is only permitted with the explicit consent of the organizers. The organizers reserve all rights to all pictures and video taken at "Endure and Survive" to use for whatever organizational purposes we see fit. Do you not want pictures of yourself from Endure and Survive published, you must inform the organizers during the event, before the afterparty, and have your contact details written down. It is not possible to inform the organizers of this request in advance, nor after the afterparty begins.

Ticket refund: You can get your ticket refunded until 1st of september 2024, IF we have someone to take over your ticket. Resale not permitted without involving the organizers.
